A knocker before training. What impact?

Hey guys,

Today I have a knocker think 20 ml with 20% drunk and wants to go train prop. Soon it has large or iwelche impact on the muscle building? Was about 17 o'clock.

Bin 17 175cm tall and weigh 65kg

No alcohol has no effect on your muscle building BUT CAUTION alcohol can cause that one is overestimated and overtrained (which of course is not good), and if you train through the alcohol too much to acidify your muscles
