Can I refuse to accept a package in a post office?

I have something at Amazon ordered at the time of the strike. I had canceled and also get back my money this order. The seller told me to refuse. I told him that DHL basically not in the house to ring if the packets fit in the mailbox. He did not believe me. So it came as well. The seller said he clarify that with DHL, this is already several weeks ago. On requests comes only one register with me if DHL hear the answering.
Do not DHL way or take back even a post office the shipment because it "was delivered to my mailbox?" So it is indeed in the shipment tracking.

Best wishes

You can also refuse subsequent acceptance. Otherwise, a return label to call the seller. Thus, the problem would be solved.
