Hi, I have a question and although I would like to know if it is just as effective, if I 2/3 of my training plan ideomotorisch so mentally train and the rest with such a high intensity that one third I'm done after exactly as if I train all real?

Ideomotor training is unfortunately only the icing on the cake. Without hard training unfortunately nothing works. Only when you learn not high success and increases with regular exercise (after 3-4 years), ideomotor training could bring something, but then only as a complement :)
ps If that were namely so simple and effective, it would make all recreational athletes.
