Dr. Dong Dong, Chairman and CEO
Dong has 20 years of experience in the oil, gas, and chemical industry. As founder of the company, he has instituted a clear vision that has guided M3 to become an outstanding firm in the enterprise solution sector. Dong is focused on making M3 the leading company in the industry. He instills trust, grants direction, and demands excellence. He is committed to ensuring that M3 employees provide the best service to our clients and help them to reach and exceed their business goals. Dong has extensive industry experience, including acting as a Senior Consultant and Team Lead and Project Manager at Aspen Technology. His experience also includes many years in research, consulting, software, and engineering at Setpoint (acquired by Aspen in 1996). Dong has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, a Masters in Process Control from Tsinghua University, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

David Jasper, Executive Vice President - Development
David has over 25 years of software development experience in the oil, gas and chemical sector with a focus on enterprise architecture. For David the challenge of creating software solutions for customers has always been a passion. He brings a well-rounded background to our team and assures responsive relationships with our customers. Prior to this position, David spent 13 years in planning for the process industry group at Aspen Technology, with his last three years serving as a manager of an enterprise version of the product. Other job experience includes Shell, Aramco Services, Exxon and Bonner & Moore. David has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Idaho.

Lei Wu, Vice President - Consulting
Lei Wu has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry from upstream exploration and production to downstream processing and distribution. Prior to his current position, Lei served as software engineer at Aspen Tech and worked at Shell Oil as IT project manager. Lei brings a wealth of software development and process industry experience to his role of Vice President of Service and Administration. Lei focuses on project services, customer support, talent development, and administration. Lei has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Simon Rogers, Vice President - Sales & Marketing
Simon has more than 20 years of experience in the application of information technology to the refining and petrochemical industries. Prior to joining M3, Simon was Chief Information Officer for KBC Advanced Technology. KBC provide consulting services and simulation software to the process industry world-wide. Simon joined KBC from Honeywell where he was Director of Honeywell's advanced applications business unit Hi-Spec Solutions. Simon began his career implementing simulation, optimization and advanced control systems primarily for refineries and ethylene plants. Simon leads M3's global sales and marketing team and M3's European operation in London. Simon has a B.Eng. degree from Imperial College, London.

Robert Hutchings, Director - Sales and Marketing
Bob Hutchings has 30 years experience in the oil refining and petrochemical sectors. Prior to joining M3, Bob was director of business development for an energy optimization software company. Previously he was VP Marketing at AspenTech's Polymers Business Unit. Bob's early career was as a chemical process engineer and developed APC and optimization applications at Lyondell Houston Refinery. Bob has worked as lead engineer and project manager on U.S. domestic and global projects in Russia, Korea, Japan, Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, China and many more. Bob has a BS degree in chemical engineering from The University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Craig Acuff, Director - Business Development
Craig has 22 years of experience in the refining and process industries. He has been involved with implementing refinery systems for achieving business process improvements, project management on refinery scheduling and yield accounting systems and customer requirements analysis with extensive experience in process improvement transitions. He has worked for Texas Instruments, Grace Petroleum, Aspentech, and Valero. He has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University and a Master's specializing in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
