M3 Technology's LNG Solution
M3 Technology's Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Solution is for the long-term planning and scheduling purposes. SIMTO LNG is an event based planning and scheduling solution for LNG gas liquefaction plants or LNG receiving terminals that assists the planners and schedulers with:
- creating a long term schedule popularly known as Annual Delivery Program (ADP) or Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- simulating gas separation of associate gas (AG) and non-associated gas (NAG), dehydration and other unit operations of gas liquefaction plant
- managing the regasification, send-outs, cargo schedules of the shippers of the terminal
- predicting the LNG and LPG inventories, compositions and qualities over a flexible planning horizon
- tracking accounting inventory of comingled LNG stock of each stake holder.
SIMTO LNG is an enterprise wide solution that facilitates a systematic way of modeling and scheduling the LNG facilities. SIMTO LNG quickly predicts the inventory of the LNG plant or terminal along with its composition and boil-offs. The planners will also be able to visualize the inventory profiles and send outs for the customers. SIMTO LNG is a very flexible tool as it can effectively model a liquefaction facility as well as re-gasification facility.

SIMTO Dock Manager, an optional feature to SIMTO LNG, is an automated cargo scheduler that generates a cargo arrival schedule that minimizes the demurrage costs while avoiding the overflow and underflow situations in the terminal.
