I stand at short before me misleading situation:
Before about 10 days I had to interrupt my running laps because I had severe pain in the left medial collateral ligament. Then I now no longer operated Sport (Work on construction). However, when I run now short stretch or quickly go downhill, I feel again rudimentary pain as in running, but far not as strong.
I had to change my job and am now unsure what to do in this situation? Are there precautions that could make me positively?
