Parkinson at opii

So my grandpa has Parkinson, and I got it on the edge with because my parents do not want to open or I do not talk to them about it ... but I'm interested in what happens there. My grandpa has simultaneously Alzheimer / dementia and I'm not very clear with the situation. Can jmd course explain the history and the cause of the disease:? D dankeee
