I'm newbie to field recording and have a few questions on the legal situation. The recordings would publicly accessible places of (eg road) take place and for composing slide shows (no inappropriate / poitische / compromising content) used (released) are - possibly as a sound archive on my website. It would be interesting for me to differentiate (if necessary) between private and commercial use.
- Is there something similar audio recordings for panoramic images at liberty?
- Can public announcements (eg from a station loudspeaker) are added. Is there something to consider if it the company name or a known announcement (or jingle) to hear?
- Can images of public places will be posted on the snippets of conversation (for outsiders trivial content) of people are understandable

"Are there audio recordings something similar to the panorama freedom in pictures?"
No. A music or a play is not "binding on public ways, streets or places" within the meaning of the Copyright Act § 59 - and even some forms of art only for a while. See schmunzelkunst.de/saq.htm#christo it.
"Can public announcements (eg from a station loudspeaker) are added."
Yes. Managed only confidential words, s. Penal Code § 201 are violating the confidentiality of the word. Before spreading the recording but you should auchten on whether the contents of protected works within the meaning of the Copyright Act §. 2
"Is there something to consider if it the company name or a known announcement (or jingle) to hear?"
Business names must you record and play, as long as they were not abused as indicator for their own goods or services, or companies or work title.
What does this rest of the question? What makes known? What does the jingle?
"Can images of public places will be posted on the scraps of conversation are understandable (for outsiders trivial content) of people"
What is said in confidence, may not even be included - not trivial like "Honey, you Jehst mia uffen Zeiga!" or "Tonight falls dessert flat."
